• Shipping Charges:

  • Complimentary Delivery: We are delighted to offer FREE shipping on all orders of ₹399 and above.

  • Standard Delivery: For orders below ₹399, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.

• Delivery Timeframes:

  • Metro Cities & Major Towns: Typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

  • Tier 2/3 Cities & Remote Areas: Typically delivered within 7–10 business days.

  • Note: While we strive for punctuality, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be influenced by weather, public holidays, or courier partner delays.

• Order Processing:

  • Our team meticulously prepares and dispatches your order within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking details to follow your package’s journey.

2. International Shipping

We are honored to share Indian craftsmanship with our global community.

• Global Availability: We ship to select international destinations. To confirm if we can deliver to your specific location, please reach out to our support team.

• Shipping Charges: International rates are calculated based on actual courier costs, considering package weight, dimensions, and the destination country. These will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: To ensure a smooth delivery, please note that any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order.

• Delivery Timeframe: International orders generally arrive within 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures.

4. Shipping Accuracy & Responsibility

To ensure your treasures reach you without delay, we kindly ask you to verify your shipping address at the time of purchase.

• Address Integrity: Aesthetic India cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

• Re-shipping: If a package is returned to us due to address errors or unavailability after multiple delivery attempts, we are happy to arrange re-delivery. In these instances, a re-shipping fee will apply.

5. Care for Your Delivery

• Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the item, please check with neighbors or building security first. If it remains missing, contact us within 48 hours so we can initiate a formal investigation with our courier partner.

• Damaged Arrivals: If your package arrives with visible external damage, we recommend declining the delivery. If damage is discovered after opening, please contact us within 24 hours with photographs of the packaging and the product so we can arrange a swift replacement or refund.
