Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to making our return and exchange process as transparent and supportive as the heritage we represent.

  1. Our Return Philosophy

We offer a 7-day return window for eligible items from the date of delivery. To ensure a seamless process for everyone, we kindly ask that returned products meet the following grace standards:

  • Items should be unused, unworn, and in their beautiful original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
  • Please include the original invoice/receipt.
  • Items must be free from any accidental damage, stains, or alterations.
  1. Eligible Collections

We are happy to facilitate returns or exchanges for the following factory-crafted selections:

  • Fashion & Apparel: Ready-made clothing and factory-manufactured accessories.
  • Packaged Delights: Unopened and sealed food items within their expiry date, provided the packaging remains pristine.
  • Wellness & Personal Care: Unopened products with the original seal intact (for hygiene and safety).
  • Home & Living: Factory-manufactured décor items in unused condition.
  1. The Beauty of the Unique: Non-Returnable Items

A significant part of our collection celebrates the “perfect imperfection” of the human hand. Because Handmade & Artisan-Crafted products are created specifically for you by traditional craftsmen, they are considered Final Sale.

This includes:

  • Hand-painted art (Warli, Madhubani, etc.), handwoven textiles/sarees, and handcrafted pottery.
  • Artisan jewellery, tribal accessories, and hand-carved wood or metal crafts.
  • Custom or made-to-order treasures.

Note on Artisan Variations: Each handcrafted piece is a one-of-a-kind story. Minor variations in colour, texture, and design are not defects; they are the signatures of the artisan. We invite you to embrace these nuances as a mark of authenticity.

  1. Caring for Damaged or Defective Arrivals

While we take immense pride in our packaging, we understand that transit can occasionally be unpredictable.

  • Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the outer box is visibly damaged, you may choose to decline the delivery.
  • Reporting: If you discover a defect after opening, please reach out to us within 24-48 hours at care@aestheticindia.store
  • Resolution: Please include your order number and clear photographs. Our team will review your request within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or a full refund for approved cases.
  1. How to Initiate Your Return

We’ve designed a simple four-step process to assist you:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to care@aestheticindia.store or call +91 9830121981 with your order details.
  2. Authorisation: Our team will review your request. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Please do not ship items back without this number.
  3. Secure Packing: Gently pack the item in its original box with the invoice and RAN.
  4. Shipping: Send the package to the address provided by our team.
    • If the item is defective: Aesthetic India will bear the shipping cost.
    • For change of mind: Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  1. Exchange Policy

Looking for a different size or colour? For eligible fashion items, we offer exchanges subject to availability. The process follows the same steps as a return. If there is a price difference, we will guide you through the adjustment.

  1. Your Refund Journey

Once your return is received, our quality team performs a careful inspection within 2–3 business days.

  • Approval: Upon approval, your refund is initiated within 7–10 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
  • Timelines: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 days to reflect in your statement (UPI/Wallets are typically faster).
  1. Cancellations
  • Pre-Shipment: If you change your mind before we ship, contact us immediately for a full, hassle-free refund.
  • Post-Shipment: Once a package has left our care, it follows the standard Return Policy outlined above.
